NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of IFB

will be held on

TUESDAY 22nd June 2010, 2.30pm to 5.00pm

at

VIP Room, Vanda Restaurant, Orchid Garden Hotel

Agenda:

1.   To receive and if approved, to pass the Account for the year ended 31st December. 

2.   To elect Executive Council for the next two (2) years.

3.   To pass estimates of income and expenditure for the ensuing year.

4.   To elect auditors.

5.   To transact any other business of which due notice has been given.

If you wish to raise any matters at the AGM,

they must be notified, in writing, to the Chairman or Secretary BEFORE 4th June 2010
