In line with our stated objective to facilitate collaboration between the Industry and the Brunei Government, IFB has worked together with various Government agencies to develop this Citizen Survey.

Through this Survey, we intend to gather information about the true needs of Brunei society to best help us design, build and run truly meaningful services that add value for our people.
